A graduate of Thinking Zone in Gdańsk and a Management & Business Psychology student at Kozminski University — a lover of modern technology and a visionary. Privately she enjoys horse riding, dancing and sailing. She practises winter sports — downhill skiing and snowboarding. She loves animals and… travel :)
A Management & Business Psychology student at Kozminski University, she designs and programs advanced digital solutions. IT holds no secrets for her. Out-of-the-box thinking is her modus operandi when solving problems. A keen figure skater.
NO-HUMAN team
A future engineer and currently a programmer-technician building modern IT solutions. A tech, motoring and strength-training enthusiast. He constantly develops his skills, combining knowledge with creativity.
A born hacker who will find the flaw in any… solution (if there is one to be found). He codes and hacks whenever he gets the chance and masters the newest technologies like no one else. If something has to work flawlessly, there's no better tester. His passion is motorsport.
A Cracovian with a cheerful disposition. No problem is a challenge for him. Despite his young age he shows great enthusiasm. He approaches assigned tasks diligently and with commitment. A first-class tester.
A devoted fan of servers of every kind. He builds, repairs and configures computers himself — hardware holds no secrets for him. After hours, a keen gamer, recreational diver, sailor and snowboarder.
NO-HUMAN team
Well-versed in the latest market trends. He has devoted his life to implementing business processes, which he has mastered to perfection. His guiding principle: “the client's satisfaction is my satisfaction.” In his free time he indulges his passion — fast cars and… learning to fly (ever closer to his coveted pilot's licence).
An accountant and a programmer in one. His banking experience lets him assess ideas coolly, with an eye on financial optimisation. Outside work he devotes himself to his love: caring for his two sons and… League of Legends.
The intricacies of law hold no secrets for him. He will serve as an advisory voice when signing complex contracts and support us in court proceedings. Privately, a black belt in karate.
Share capital structure
The capital is divided into six equal parts (6/6) across four share classes.
Privileged pursuant to Art. 30026 of the Act of 15 September 2000 — the Commercial Companies Code (Journal of Laws 2024, item 18, as amended).
Intended for individual investors and investment funds at an issue price of PLN 1,000 per share, entitling the holder to 150% of the dividend and granting voting rights at the General Meeting.
Held by the company's strategic partner — the Digital Capital For Generations Family Foundation — granting two votes per share at the General Meeting.
Intended as an incentive programme for the company's employees and collaborators.
